Kaushik leads GainOps’ Data and Analytics practice. Previously, he built and led Telecom Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management practices at Tech Mahindra and Ericsson’s global delivery centers. These teams served as a single global source for sales and delivery support.

He brings a strong engineering background. For example, he designed and developed embedded software for several Xerox products. He also managed product features. As a result, he guides teams to build innovative assets that reduce sales and delivery timelines and lower costs.

Kaushik is also known as an empathetic and careful listener. He understands business requirements quickly. Then, he turns them into practical and effective solutions. In addition, he served as President of Rochester Toastmasters, the oldest Toastmasters chapter in New York State (founded in 1947). Therefore, he communicates clearly and leads teams and customers toward high-quality outcomes.

Kaushik is a US citizen and currently lives in Kolkata, India.

Kriti leads the front-end work for GainOps’ Analytics and Business Intelligence reporting team. She began her career at GainOps. Since then, she has worked on projects across data management, data integration, and automation. She has also supported multiple sectors, including banking, manufacturing, and IT.

Kriti understands the end-to-end data landscape and key business processes. Because of this, she bridges the gap between business teams and technology teams. She earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. She also completed an M.Sc. in Business Analytics from the University of Manchester.

Outside work, Kriti is a food enthusiast and an artist at heart. Moreover, she loves to travel.
